Brand Identity

The first chance your client has to know something about your company

is through the look and feel of your visual materials available to them.

For example, your logo, business card or brochure. From the visual elements to the texture of the paper used, everything plays a role in

your company's character and what you stand for.

Minuteman Press

MINUTEMAN PRESS (MMP):

I worked at MMP in Port Jefferson Station, NY for 2 years. There, I soon became the Senior Graphic Designer and Sales Representative as well as the person managing the store on a daily bases when the owner was away.

As the in-house Graphic Designer/Sale Rep, I worked on projects with clients one-on-one from project start to finish. I also managed the production process as part of a team.

This allowed me hands-on experience to running a shop and working with clients to produce the best possible outcome for them.

A FEW MORE LOGOS:

These are a few more freelance logos.

PEARL WOMEN'S CONFERENCE:

Pearl is a conference that launched in 2016, Houston, TX. I was fortunate to be chosen as the sole graphic designer for the event where I created everything from the logo to the large banner.

My client knew the elements she wanted to be reflected in the logo. She wanted a strong woman raising her hands in prayer.

From our conversation, I got to know the identity she was looking for. A strong yet feminine effect that is both beautiful but simple and modern.

Nujoom

Nujoom

NUJOOM:

I created the logo for the Pittsburgh Chapter of the non-profit organization, Al Maghrib Institute. Nujoom means stars and Al Maghrib means sunset. Based on those two words, I created the look and feel of this Islamic organization that creates both interfaith and non-interfaith events.

As part of the marketing team and an active member in planning the events, the work done for Nujoom spanned beyond the design process. It involved a lot of teamwork including the opportunity to design as part of a team of two with my sister and designer, Reem Hobeldin.

LEVANT COUNSELING:

LeVant Counseling was a freelance project that involved one-on-one communication with the client. She had a clear vision to the elements that she wanted to work with. She wanted a sun, water (to represent the two parts of the world) and a modern look.

Here is the logo, business card/appointment card and the brochure for her office.
